Incoming-material quality check against specification in the warehouse

How we source

A multi-tier sourcing network, made legible

Not a map with dots. Our founders' working relationships span Western-certified, Gulf-standard and Asian-manufacturing origins. For every product we make the conformance evidence a Pakistani specifier needs unambiguous: the international standard, the true country of manufacture, and the inspection trail.

Western-specified

United Kingdom · United States · Australia

Access to BS/EN, ASTM/UL and AS/NZS-certified, high-spec branded systems: passive fire protection, specialist chemicals and branded MEP.

Gulf-standard

UAE · Saudi Arabia

GSO/SASO-certified Gulf manufacturing and re-export access, aligned with the founders' MENA presence.

Cost-competitive manufacturing

China · Taiwan · Malaysia · Türkiye

Volume and price, with Taiwan a tier above commodity for fasteners, tools and electrical, and Türkiye strong for steel, ceramics and doors.

The origin set is an extensible data set: new origins are added as relationships are secured, never hardcoded.

How we de-risk imported supply

Manufacture ≠ shipment, always separated

For re-export hubs (UAE/KSA) and transshipment routes (Taiwan via HK/SG), we state the true country of manufacture distinctly from the country of shipment. A specifier checks real origin.

International standard as the hero field

The MTC (EN 10204 3.1) plus an ASTM/BS EN/ISO/IEC declaration is the universal trust currency, above any single origin's conformity mark (ECAS, SABER, UKCA, CNS, WaterMark).

Cross-walk shown inline where it's needed

Only Taiwan (CNS) and Australia (AS/NZS) are non-native families. Those products render the international equivalent alongside the origin standard, so nothing needs translating by hand.

PSQCA status and honest lead times

PSQCA compulsory-item conformity is a destination check applied regardless of origin. Duty and lead-time bands are indicative and verified at quote, never a hardcoded ‘zero duty’ claim.

Origins, standards & lead times

Nine origins across three tiers. For each, we make clear whether its standard is directly recognised by a Pakistani specifier or is quoted alongside its international equivalent; only Taiwan (CNS) and Australia (AS/NZS) need that equivalence stated.

The origin set is a growing data set: adding one is a data change, never a code change. Duty/FTA status, lead-time bands and category strengths are indicative and verified at quote. No preferential-duty claim is shown until an agreement is legally in force with a published tariff schedule.
